These terms govern your use of contentarchitect.it.com and the digital guides sold through it. By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.
1. The Products
All guides are digital downloads (PDF, Notion templates, Canva templates, etc.). Every guide is 100% original content written by The Content Architect. Products are delivered instantly via our checkout partners (Payhip, Gumroad, Selar).
2. License & Use
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own learning and personal projects.
- You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the guide publicly.
- Templates marked "Commercial License" may be used in your own commercial work but not resold as templates.
3. Payment & Currency
Prices are shown in EUR, USD or GBP depending on the product. Payments are processed by Payhip, Gumroad or Selar — we never see or store your card details. EU VAT is calculated and remitted automatically by Payhip where applicable.
4. Refund Policy
Because guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads, the statutory EU right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun. If you experience a technical delivery issue, email hello@contentarchitect.it.com within 14 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
5. Disclaimer
Our guides provide educational information, not personalised financial, medical, legal or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation. Results from following the guides depend on your own actions and circumstances and are not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, text, branding and design on this site are the intellectual property of The Content Architect and protected by copyright law.
